3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must log in with a Google account. By creating and using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and update it whenever it changes.
• Keep your login credentials secure and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a single account on no more than 2 devices.

4. Plans and Payment

4.1. Free Plan

Each account receives 2 free analysis credits per day. Free analysis credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC+7.

4.2. Paid Plans

Users may upgrade to a paid plan to receive additional analysis credits or unlimited use. Plan details are published on the Pricing page.

4.3. Refund Policy

Paid plans are non-refundable, except where a technical fault on our side makes the service unusable.

5. Rules of Use

When using the service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of Vietnam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or to other users' accounts.
• Copy, distribute, or use the Website's content for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the system excessively.
• Share your account or analysis credits with others.
• Post offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others, in community features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, interfaces, source code, analysis algorithms, text, images, and data on the Website are owned by Football Analysis or lawfully licensed for use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Disclaimer

• All analyses, match previews, and predictions on the Website are for reference only and are based on statistical data and mathematical models.
• We DO NOT guarantee the absolute accuracy of any prediction.
• Users are solely responsible for any decisions they make based on information from the Website.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the service.
• The Website provides sports statistics for entertainment and research purposes. Users must comply with the laws of their country of residence.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service running continuously. However, the service may be interrupted by system maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. We do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect any violation of the Rules of Use (Section 5). You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising shall be resolved by the competent authorities in Vietnam.
